2.0 INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Kolinar Advanced Level 2.

Level 2 contains the most authoritative explanation for the last 75 million years of history ever published on Earth.

This level focuses on the nature of life in the rest of the galaxy as a backdrop to the nature of life on Earth.

The premise is that life on Earth can be understood much more deeply by learning about galactic politics and our neighboring, very high-tech interplanetary civilizations. The Advanced Levels describe how Earth ions have been affected before Earth in neighboring civilizations.

Any theory of this nature rests on the assumption that most ions on Earth are previous citizens of other worlds. Individuals who have recalled past lives on other worlds have already accepted this assumption as true for them. People who have not recalled these types of experiences will not be able to relate to this data empirically.

Since Earth's physical sciences do not yet permit its inhabitants to examine life on other worlds, our methods of obtaining data about extraterrestrial lire are limited to past life recall.

There is no way of verifying the absolute truth of one person's past life recall for anyone but that individual, particularly if it is a memory of a life on another planet. Thus, the only method available for scientifically verifying the data contained in Levels 2-4 was to gather and analyze a large sample of past life memories from people all over the world.

To accomplish this, approximately one hundred leading individuals in seven different countries were contacted and surveyed. The materials were sent out to these individuals with detailed evaluation questionnaires. The response we received from these leaders in the field was tremendous, and with their help, we have been able to produce Levels 2-4 in their final form. This tremendous achievement was the result of a worldwide cooperative effort.
